I practice Person-Centred Therapy. This approach recognises the client as having the capacity to fulfil their potential when able to truly encounter themselves. The therapist facilitates the process of therapeutic movement by creating a relationship that fosters the client's intimate experiencing of their true self. Through exploring layers of experience, recurring themes and patterns, the client is able to gain insight and understanding of unconscious conflicts, past and present feelings and behaviour. As knots become untangled, choices become apparent, empowering the client to be more fully themself.  I am also an artist, writer and Reiki practitioner.

I am usually available between 10am - 3pm in the following areas; Highbury Fields N5 , Hampstead Heath NW3 (from Hampstead Heath Station or Kenwood House) and Clissold Park N16 .
